FREE MONTHLY PROGRAMS

Solanco Historical Society offers free programs on the third Saturday of each month, except May and December, at its meeting room at 1932 Robert Fulton Highway, Fulton Township, 6 miles south of Quarryville, PA 17566 (across from the Robert Fulton Birthplace in the red brick building).  The educational and informative presentations are provided by historians, collectors, teachers, authors and researchers. Programs begin shortly after 1:30 p.m.  You’re welcome to join us!

The archive building is handicapped-accessible. Parking is free.

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 19th at 1:30 P.M. - Adam Zurn, founder of Uncharted Lancaster, “Legendary Tales from the Mighty Susquehanna.”

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 17TH, 1:30 P.M. - President Stan White will present a program entitled “The Swift Family of Fulton House.”

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 21ST, 1:30 P.M. - “History of Middle Octoraro Presbyterian Church” will be presented by Barry Girvin.
