Solanco Historical Society offers free programs on the third Saturday of each month, except May and December, at its meeting room at 1932 Robert Fulton Highway, Fulton Township, 6 miles south of Quarryville, PA 17566 (across from the Robert Fulton Birthplace in the red brick building). The educational and informative presentations are provided by historians, collectors, teachers, authors and researchers. Programs begin shortly after 1:30 p.m. You’re welcome to join us!
The archive building is handicapped-accessible. Parking is free.
SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS through September 7th - The Robert Fulton Birthplace will be open Sundays and major summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day) from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. for touring the Birthplace, with an informative video included. About 200 feet southwest of the garden is a 1-1/2 mile loop trail with native plantings and a variety of habitats. The trail is open year-round.
